Frequently Asked Questions

How much do you charge?

In order for us to give you an accurate quote we would ask for a few details in advance such as location, timings, how many live sets you would like us to perform.

Will the band take requests on the night?

Generally speaking we're confident that our chosen setlist will entertain you and your guests. However, if there's a specific song that you would like us to play we would be willing to learn it if we are given prior notice. 
 

The venue has a really good sound system. Can you use it and save us some money?

Unfortunately not. We have a professional sound system which has been specifically designed for use with our band and all of our electrical equipment has been PAT tested to British Standard BS7671. 

How long does it take you to set up?
We aim to arrive 2 hours before our performance to set up, sound check and be ready to go on time. 

We're having a DJ after your performance, how long does it take for you to pack down?

We are able to work around your DJ so that there is a minimal break in the music and we can clear a stage area really quickly.

How much space do you need?

For an 8 piece party band we're pretty good at squeezing into small spaces, however a 6m x 3m (standard gazebo size) area would be the minimum area we would require to set up and perform safely. 

 

Are you able to play outdoors?
Absolutely, but we would kindly ask that we have adequate shelter from inclement weather conditions and appropriate provision of outdoor mains supply.

 

Do we need to provide anything else for you?

No, although It's always nice to receive refreshments during our break or before/after we play though.
